Women in CyberSecurity (WiCyS) is planning its next technical conference March 16 to 18 in Denver, Colorado, and looking for participants to present and share their knowledge.
At its annual conference, WiCyS has contributors showcase their expertise, skill and talents on a global stage to encourage more women to join or advance in the cybersecurity field.
Individuals, organizations and companies can submit multiple proposals in one of these tracks: Today’s Technology and Challenges, Looking Ahead, Best Practices and Career Development. These sessions could be student research posters, technical presentations, workshops, Birds-of-a-Feather (informal discussions), lightning talks or panels.

The technical conference is an inclusive space for women to gain professional development opportunities to pave the way for career advancement. The 2023 program will no doubt highlight thoughts, experiences and achievements of outstanding female professionals who contribute to a strong and diverse cybersecurity workforce,” said Dr. Ambareen Siraj, WiCyS program chair.
Each accepted proposal will receive one complimentary registration. One student per research poster will receive a scholarship to attend. Anyone new to submitting a presentation or who is looking for guidance can work with WiCyS mentors. To request a mentoring session, email [email protected].
