It has been over a decade since the release of Diablo 3. Fans of the series last got a mainline title all the way back in 2012. Now it would seem as though Diable 4 will finally be making its way to the faithful fans who have been waiting for so long. While it will be available across a multitude of platforms, many fans will be wondering if Diablo 4 Be On Xbox Gamepass? Here is the answer to that question along with the different consoles players will be able to play the highly anticipated sequel.

Xbox Gamepass has become one of the more popular streaming services in the world and has done so very quickly. Since its addition onto PCs it has been a go to for many players. The reason being that even brand new games make their way to it so frequently. While that has slowed down a bit recently, there are still many new and classic games on Gamepass.
As for Diablo 4, the follow-up to the third installment has had fans patiently waiting for over a decade. The immensely popular series did have a side story that came out just a year ago. But, it was not received well by fans. Mostly because of the “don’t you guys have phones” gate. After the fanbase had been waiting so patiently, for Diablo 4, they are finally going to be rewarded in June of 2023.
When looking at past Blizzard Games, none of the big ones have made it over to Xbox Gamepass. At least, not yet. This is because they all mainly reside on Battle.net, Blizzard and Activisions own platform for all of their games.
That unfortunately means that Diablo 4 will not release on Xbox Gamepass.
That being said, the Microsoft acquisition of Activision Blizzard could change that relatively quickly. Once the buyout is official and the brand is under Microsoft, it would be shocking to not see Blizzard games like Diablo 4 on the Xbox Gamepass in the future. This would likely mean the end of Battle.net but for now, that is just speculation.
Should Diablo 4 surprise everyone and end up on Gamepass, this post will be updated to reflect that change.
