In Palworld, depressed pals are a massive concern that players should be cautious about as it decreases their work productivity. (They’re enslaved; what did you expect?). This is one of the worst debuffs to remedy, as it will take time to craft, but the resources are easy to come by. Here’s how to properly cure depressed pals so they can get right back to work.

How To Cure Depressed Status In Palworld
While in reality, there isn’t a cure for depression, in Palworld, it can be solved with a simple syringe. To be more specific, High-Grade Medical Supplies. Players must first reach level 12 in the Technology tree to receive the schematics for the medication. The medical supplies themselves won’t be there, but instead, there is a Medieval Medicine Workbench. The workbench requires 2 Wood, 5 Nails, and 10 Paldium Fragments. Once crafted, High-Grade Medical supplies will be available. Players will need the following to craft one
- 5 Ingots
- 5 Horns
- 2 Bones
The ingots come from smelting ore; horns can be obtained from horned pals, and bones come from various pals such as Vixy and Rushoar.
Feed the pal the syringe; they’re as good as new and ready for a productive day of work.
What’s In The Palworld Early Access Roadmap?
While Palworld will soon have new features in the works, the team at Pocketsquare took to X (Twitter), stating that sales of the title exceeded the development team’s expectations, which led them to have excessive access congestion, amongst other issues players have been experiencing since the launch of the title. The team at Pocketsquare plans to accomplish the following:
- Addressing Critical Issues.
- Fixing numerous bugs that have been identified.
- Improvements to Implement ASAP.
- Key configuration improvements.
- Improvements to base Pal AI and pathing.
While the roadmap shows new features, fixes will be prioritized before new in-game features. Once completed, Palworld will soon have the following features:
- PvP
- Raid Bosses (End-Game Content)
- Pal Arena (PvP for Pals)
- Steam-Xbox Crossplay
- Various Xbox Feature Improvements
- Server Transfers and Migrations
- Improvements to the Building System
- New Islands, Pals, Bosses, and Technologies
