ID verification platform Trulioo has hired Michael Ramsbacker as the company’s first chief product officer.

Ramsbacker will leverage his 20 years’ worth of experience in product management to spearhead the launch of new digital identity verification solutions via the Trulioo GlobalGateway network.
In particular, Ramsbacker will be focusing on developing intelligent workflow systems designed to maximise verification rates.
Other products on the horizon include security features that consider biometrics as well as fraud signals that help provide continuous monitoring and scoring of a particular identity.
Ramsbacker says that as digital transformation continues to accelerate across the globe, “Trulioo is collectively working towards the goal of ensuring nobody is left behind in the digital economy”.
Trulioo CEO Steve Munford says Ramsbacker’s “immense product management acumen” will help ensure Trulioo continues to meet the diverse needs of its global customer base.
Prior to Trulioo, Ramsbacker was vice president of product management at Mitek Systems, where he was responsible for the global product strategy and development of the company’s digital identity products, including biometric authentication and document verification.
Prior to Mitek, Rambsacker was vice president of product management at Epsilon, overseeing the development and launch of automotive services.
