Modern Warfare III: What Is The Experimental Playlist

Date:

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III has been out for a whole week now. Players are still getting used to some returning and new gameplay mechanics in the Multiplayer mode. That being said, the team over at Sledgehammer Games is still making changes to certain aspects of the game to overall better the player experience. One of the things that will help with this is the Experimental Playlist in Modern Warfare III.

What Is The Experimental Playlist In Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III?

The Experimental Playlist in Modern Warfare III Is exactly what it sounds like. It’s a Playlist within the Multiplayer mode that players can queue up for. The Experimental Playlist acts as a testing ground for new features that may or may not make it into the Core Playlists. As of right now, the Experimental Playlist highlights enemies in red outlines giving players an enhanced vision of the enemy. Many players have remarked about not being able to see enemies clearly so this acts as a way to test for a solution. Players interested in testing out new/possible upcoming features should try the Playlist out when given the chance.

Does The Experimental Playlist Change?

For the time being the Playlist isn’t changing or going away any time soon. Given its name, it’s suspected that the Playlist will only be used in order to implement new changes or additions before putting it in all Core Playlists.
