MIBR release danoco

Date:

MIBR have agreed to release Daniel “danoco” Morgado after the 25-year-old decided to leave the team and search for other opportunities, the organization has announced.

danoco leaves the Brazilian side after spending much of his six-month tenure under the organization sitting on the bench, having made way for Raphael “exit” Lacerda on the active roster back in late March when the team decided to form a six-man roster.

danoco leaves MIBR after sitting on the bench for the past four months

danoco has not played any official matches for MIBR since despite the team’s coach, Alessandro “Apoka” Marcucci, having stated that “it’s very important to have six players” at the time of exit‘s signing.

MIBR‘s strategic coach, Renato “nak” Nakano, stated in a video accompanying the announcement that the coaching staff discussed several other options with danoco, such as putting him on the academy roster or loaning him out to another team, but the player decided to become a free agent instead.

The 25-year-old joined MIBR at the start of the year as he teamed up with the former INTZ quartet around Gustavo “yel” Knittel. In the short time he was able to stay in an active position, he was able to garner experience in several top European tournaments such as cs_summit 7, BLAST Premier Spring Groups, and ESL Pro League Season 13.

Following his departure, MIBR‘s lineup is back to five players:

Brazil Ricardo “boltz” Prass
Brazil Gustavo “yel” Knittel
Brazil Raphael “exit” Lacerda
Brazil Marcelo “chelo” Cespedes
Brazil Bruno “shz” Martinelli

Brazil Alessandro “Apoka” Marcucci (coach)
Brazil Renato “nak” Nakano (strategic coach)
