Billionaire Mark Cuban and SharkTank investor has unfollowed many crypto accounts just two days after he said “I believe Smart Contracts will have a significant impact in creating valuable applications.”
“Just cleaned out mostly ones that weren’t following me. Still following lots of crypto,” Cuban said.
Yet some took it as a sign that he might be distancing himself from crypto after he said last month crypto had become “kind of boring.”
A four months long sideway in crypto was broken by much activity earlier this month when FTX collapsed in just two days, making crypto very non boring again.
Many crypto investors have said they’ll continue cryptoing following those events, as did Cuban, but some are now taking this unfollowing as a sign he is trying to distance himself from crypto.
He unfollowed Nansen, Uniswap, Solana, The Block, DeFi Pulse, Dapper Labs, and MetaMask.
