LCS 2024 Power Rankings

Below are the LCS 2024 Power Rankings for Week 3. This will be updated weekly so make sure to check back at The Game Haus to see where your team has moved or held for each week of LCS action.

8. Shopify Rebellion (Last Week: 7)

It is really weird putting SR here. They did exactly the opposite of what everyone thought. They lost to IMT but beat C9. The reason why confidence is shakey is that the C9 game felt more like C9 lost than SR won while the IMT game was just rough. With Bvoy back and getting more acclimated this team will win more games but the turnaround for Super Week is tough.

7. Immortals (Last Week: 8)

It was not pretty but Immortals are on the board. Players like Castle and Mask look like they are settling in more on stage and the team did a good job of getting Tactical ahead. Now that they have shown that, it will be up to them to find a way to repeat. The problem is that other teams will have taken notice and it will be interesting to see how often they will focus the bot lane and if the top side of the map will be able to respond in kind.

6. Team Liquid (Last Week: 4)

We knew that Team Liquid would take some time to come together. The problem is that they have underperformed in basically every game that they have played. Even still, they are 2-2 purely based on the talent of the team. APA needs to find some consistency and Yeon needs to start taking another step. If they cannot then it may be too much for the three veterans to try and carry.

5. Dignitas (Last Week: 5)

This is another team that was hard to place. Mainly because they went 0-2 but it was against two teams above them and they looked better than most would think. This was especially true in their game against 100 Thieves where at points it looked like they would land a punch but 100T would hit back harder. There is something there with this team but they need Rich to step up and be more like what he was last split.

4. 100 Thieves (Last Week: 6)

To some they are the surprise team of the split, to others, this is about where we expected they could be. Their talent is certainly there and Sniper and River have been a really fun duo to watch lead these games. Quid and Meech have been better than expected and Eyla is showing why many wondered if he deserved to stick around on TL. This team has a lot of potential and if they keep playing this way, that ceiling may be driven way up.

3. FlyQuest (Last Week: 3)

This was already a very important week for FlyQuest. They were able to push TL down and played NRG well but ultimately were not able to take the game. This team is good and should only get better. It will take the bot lane getting more comfortable and making some plays but FlyQuest are no joke.

2. NRG (Last Week: 2)

The only 2-0 team of week 2. NRG are back and huhi reminded everyone why he is one of the best supports in the LCS. This team still feels like it is not getting enough respect. Sure C9 are amazing, but NRG look like they could absolutely push them. Something this region needs badly. They play the team-focused style that many expect and take calculated risks. NRG are a title contender yet again and any team in their path should fear them.

1. Cloud9 (Last Week: 1)

Yes, they lost to SR. So what? If they had played a more traditional comp they likely win that game. It feels a bit early to be experimenting but with only six weeks before playoffs is it really that early? We are nearing the halfway point and the top 3 look to be pretty locked with C9 leading the way.
