“It’s always a great feeling when you finish a year strong, but this year I’m particularly thrilled at how the InsightFinder team kept focused throughout 2021 to put our customers and innovation first, directly leading to these fantastic results,” said Helen Gu, founder and CEO of InsightFinder.

InsightFinder, the leading AIOps platform for anomaly detection and incident prediction, today announced that the company posted record results in 2021 across multiple domains, including a tripling of Annually Recurring Revenue (ARR). Building on a strong 2020, the company was able to maintain its full slate of customers with zero churn.

“InsightFinder’s leading AIOps Platform continues to help organizations of all sizes find ways to optimize their technology investments, from infrastructure to application management.”

InsightFinder’s extreme focus on customer success, along with its innovative platform, led to companies like Dell, Credit Suisse, and China Mobile increasing their investment in the platform. In fact, InsightFinder achieved a 100% renewal rate from existing customers, in addition to contracts from new organizations including a leading American card payment service company and NTT Data, a leading Japanese multinational information technology service company.

The year also saw the company build strong new partnerships with Sentry and Google Cloud, based in part on the rising market demand for more comprehensive AIOps platforms. These partnerships include direct integration between applicable products to help mutual customers achieve more efficient and better performing IT systems. Specifically, Sentry’s error monitoring solution can now push alerts to InsightFinder for anomaly detection, prioritization and prediction alongside other sources of metrics, logs, traces and change events. Building on the Google partnership, InsightFinder is now available in the Google Cloud Marketplace and is pre-integrated with Google’s suite of cloud services.

To meet growing demand for its AIOps solution, InsightFinder continues to add talent to its leadership team. The company welcomed industry veteran John Whittington as Chief Revenue Officer plus sales leader Jason Girardi and lead pre-sales engineer John Lindley. Whittington joined the company most recently from StrongKey having spent time previously at organizations like Wily Technology. Girardi and Lindley both joined InsightFinder from ScienceLogic.

In recognition of InsightFinder’s continued commitment to innovation, InsightFinder was awarded an NSF Small Business and Innovation grant, focused on the company’s industry-leading self-supervised machine learning technology and auto remediation throughout 2022. The company was also named “Most Backable” in the VCIC annual Venture Capital competition.

Unlike alternative solutions, InsightFinder uses unsupervised machine learning algorithms to drive its AIOps analysis, prediction and health monitoring capabilities. The patented technology behind InsightFinder helps IT organizations of all sizes get a better understanding of their full environment, helping them prioritize incidents, while predicting and preventing future outages and service incidents.

In 2021, the company delivered a set of new capabilities across the award-winning AIOps platform including the new Root Cause Analysis Focus and Incident Prediction Knowledge Base features. Both features make it easier for ops teams to achieve near zero downtime with faster analysis and deeper insights into the root cause of operational incidents.
