FalconTek, a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) that provides Technical and Professional support to Federal Civilian, Defense, and Intel clients, announces the acquisition of Core Mission Solutions LLC (CMS), a provider of language analysis, cultural advisory, intelligence analysis, and training services to the intelligence community. CMS’ team of highly cleared professionals will become part of FalconTek’s team, and CMS’ current CEO, David Courtney, will join FalconTek as the EVP of its Defense and Intel division.

Founded in 2010 and headquartered in Ashburn, VA, CMS delivers language analysis, cultural advisory, intelligence analysis, and training services in support of the Intelligence Community, DOD, and the Federal Law Enforcement community worldwide. The Company is entrusted to support mission-critical programs for federal clients, including the National Geospatial Agency, Defense Intelligence Agency, Federal Bureau of Investigation, Department of Homeland Security, and US Special Operations Command, amongst other intelligence community customers.
