Overwatch 2 is a live service game and with that, new seasons will abound. The original game focused on ranked seasons which essentially made it a live service game without it officially being named that. Now fans are wanting to see what new content will be coming with each season and when they should expect it or even when the older seasons ran. Below is a list of every season of Overwatch 2 so far and some predictions for when the next ones will begin. Do note that there can and likely will be changes. Not only in the dates but also what comes with each season. There are predictions for when new maps and new heroes will be added as well. What was already seen with Season 5 was that there was no new map and instead, the devs decided to add new limited-time modes. This will happen and as they do this will be updated.

Kiriko was released.
Season 2
December 6, 2022
Junker Queen was released.
2023
Season 3
February 7, 2023
Antarctic Peninsula was released.
Season 4
April 11, 2023
Lifeweaver was released.
Season 5
June 13, 2023
No new maps were added with this season.
Season 6
August 15, 2023
Hero 37 which will be a support will be released. Along with them, story mode and the newest game mode Flashpoint will be added.
Season 7
October 17
A new map should be released with this season and will be the last of 2023.
Season 8
December 19, 2023
Last season of 2023 and the third and final hero of the year. There will have been exactly six seasons for 2023.
2024
Season 9
February 20, 2024
First season of 2024 is a map season.
Season 10
April 23, 2024
First new hero of the year, Hero 39.
Season 11
June 25, 2022
Map number 2 should be happening right around here.
Season 12
August 27, 2024
Second hero of the year.
Season 13
October 29, 2024
Last map of the year coming near Halloween with the fifth season of 2024.
Season 14
December 31, 2024
On the last day of the year starts the sixth season and the addition of the third hero.
