The schedule for the upcoming Elisa Masters Espoo has been released. The event will take place from November 16-20 in Espoo, Finland, with 12 teams competing for the lion’s share of the $200,000 prize pool and a spot in the IEM Katowice 2023 Play-In.
Teams will be split into two groups of six, with the group stage set to be played in a BO1 round-robin format to determine the playoff teams. Second and third-place teams from the groups will meet in the quarter-finals, while the group winners will qualify directly for the semi-final.
Snappi’s ENCE are the highest-rated team in the tournament
Group A’s first matches will be played on Wednesday, with the group consisting of four Major attendees in ENCE, BIG, Sprout, and GamerLegion. They are joined by HEET and the only Finnish roster in attendance, HAVU.
fnatic and Astralis headline the team list in Group B, with the Danish team set to play with Kristoffer “Kristou” Aamand in place of Nicolai “device” Reedtz. The duo are joined by Complexity and Bad News Eagles, alongside two underdog teams in SAW and 500.
