The volatility in the crypto market is not hidden and is quite visible to all the investors and traders. In the last few weeks the market has corrected immensely and bitcoin has been consolidating between minor high’s and low’s . It has largely led to most of the top coins sinking, to 50–60 % from their last all-time high level.

In the recent research report published by Messari, Roberto Talamas, have analysed the top 5 crypto market verticals and analysed their market efficiency amid crash. He reported that among the top smart contract platforms viz,Solana, Cosmos, Polkadot, Kusama has been the least impacted by this extreme market downfall .

Also these smart contract projects cumulatively have posted positive return of >3 % for the investors, amid relentless selling pressure triggered by top crypto like bitcoin and ethereum.

How Solana & Other Sectors Fared in the Last week?

As per the Messari report,

Defi & Web3 crypto categories reported moderate losses while smart contract projects has the least downfall.

LINK, UNI, and AAVE posted the worst performer in Web3 and Defi category,

As per Messari, UNI and AAVE saw around 3.5 and 4.7% losses while LINK had a 6% loss throughout the very same duration.
