The 2022 NFL Draft is over, giving a clearer picture of rosters for the 2022 season. With that fantasy football rankings can be released. Here are the 2022 fantasy football wide receiver rankings. (Note: These are best used for standard-scoring leagues and will be updated until the season starts)
1-5
1. Cooper Kupp, Los Angeles Rams
The Matthew Stafford and Cooper Kupp connection is back this year after winning the Super Bowl. Kupp was WR1 last season and there is no reason to think why he can’t do it again.
2. Ja’Marr Chase, Cincinnati Bengals
After finishing as WR3 in 2021 as a rookie, Chase has proven already to be an elite receiver. Another season with Joe Burrow and a much better offensive line could help him be even more productive.
3. Davante Adams, Las Vegas Raiders
Adams made the move to Las Vegas this offseason and will now work with his college teammate Derek Carr. In points per game he ranked third for wide receivers in 2021 and should still finish around the same range.
4. Justin Jefferson, Minnesota Vikings
The first two seasons for Jefferson have gone extremely well. He was WR4 in 2021 and with all key parts back for the Vikings, should be a top-five receiver again.
5. Deebo Samuel, San Francisco 49ers
Samuel was used in every way possible last season for the 49ers and ranked second for receivers. His contract is still a major problem and Samuel reportedly wasn’t happy with his usage. He will likely still be successful, but may lose some of those valuable touches in the run game.

6. Stefon Diggs, Buffalo Bills
Josh Allen helped Diggs rank as WR8 in 2021. Diggs returns in 2021 with another year of chemistry with his quarterback.
7. Tyreek Hill, Miami Dolphins
Hill will have to get used to playing with Tua Tagovailoa, but his game-breaking speed will help him do well. He ranked seventh last season and should still be valued as a top 10 receiver without Patrick Mahomes.
8. CeeDee Lamb, Dallas Cowboys
The Cowboys believed in Lamb so much that they traded Amari Cooper to the Browns. He ranked 16th in 16 games played and should see more targets in 2022.
9. Mike Evans, Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Tom Brady really showed a connection with Mike Evans last year, so his return saved Evans’s value. He ranked sixth last year and another top 10 season is likely incoming for Evans.
10. Keenan Allen, Los Angeles Chargers
Allen played in 16 games and ranked 15th last season. Justin Herbert will continue to improve, which could make Allen a top 10 wide receiver.
11-15
11. A.J. Brown, Philadelphia Eagles
After averaging 9.1 points per game in 2021, Brown has been traded to the Eagles. He’ll be relying on Jalen Hurts, but Brown does have a lot of talent.
12. D.J. Moore, Carolina Panthers
Despite the bad quarterback play, Moore continues to produce. He was WR18 last season and can be trusted to finish in the top 20.
13. Diontae Johnson, Pittsburgh Steelers
Johnson may not know who his quarterback is going to be this season, but he has played well over the last few seasons. He ranked 12th last season in 16 games played.
14. Tee Higgins, Cincinnati Bengals
Although he missed three games due to injury, Higgins still ranked 17th. With a better offensive line, Higgins will have more time to get open and be even more productive.
15. Michael Pittman, Indianapolis Colts
Pittman had a breakout season in 2021. With the addition of Matt Ryan, he can move into the top 15 this season.
16-20
16. Terry McLaurin, Washington Commanders
While McLaurin has a lot of talent, but quarterback play has kept him down. Carson Wentz may not be able to make him a WR1.
17. Amari Cooper, Cleveland Browns
Cooper was inconsistent with the Cowboys last season. Deshaun Watson‘s potential suspension could change where Cooper is ranked, so it is something to keep an eye on.
18. Mike Williams, Los Angeles Chargers
Although he was inconsistent, Williams had a good 2021 season. He will have some games with plenty of points scored and some duds, but is still valuable.
19. DK Metcalf, Seattle Seahawks
A new quarterback is set to cut into Metcalf’s value. He was ranked 10th last season, but that is likely going to drop.
20. Courtland Sutton, Denver Broncos
With Russell Wilson coming to town, Sutton is expected to have a big year. He did not do much with Drew Lock as his quarterback, but has shown he can play well before.
21-25
21. Chris Godwin, Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Godwin and Brady are both back in Tampa Bay. He ranked 19th last season (he did miss three games) and can play similarly in 2022.
22. Jerry Jeudy, Denver Broncos
Like Sutton, Jeudy is expected to take a huge leap forward with Wilson at quarterback. His pending legal issues could cut into his ranking.
23. Jaylen Waddle, Miami Dolphins
Waddle had a fantastic rookie season that saw him catch a lot of passes. With Tyreek Hill taking some of the focus away, he can be more consistent in 2022.
24. Michael Thomas, New Orleans Saints
After sitting out last season with an injury, Thomas is back. He’ll have to forge a connection with Jameis Winston, but should still be able to produce.
25. DeVonta Smith, Philadelphia Eagles
A.J. Brown joined the team, but Smith can still put up some numbers. He ranked 30th last season and the addition of Brown could take some of the coverage away from him.
26-30
26. Brandin Cooks, Houston Texans
Cooks always seems to produce no matter what situation he is in. He was WR20 in 16 games played last season. He will likely finish in around the same range.
27. Marquise Brown, Arizona Cardinals
After ranking 25th in 2021, Brown is now in Arizona. Most of his value should come win DeAndre Hopkins is out with suspension. After that, he may slide down rankings.
28. Elijah Moore, New York Jets
The Jets have added plenty of offensive weapons, but Moore proved he was solid in his 11 games played during the 2021 season. If Zach Wilson and him can stay healthy, Moore can be a top 30 receiver.
29. Allen Robinson, Los Angeles Rams
Robinson is trying to bounce back from a bad season in Chicago and landed in a great situation with the Rams. He should see more single coverage in Los Angeles.
30. Darnell Mooney, Chicago Bears
Mooney is now without a doubt the top receiver in Chicago. He ranked 22nd last year, but won’t be able to sneak up on anyone this season.
31-35
31. Amon-Ra St. Brown, Detroit Lions
The Lions have added other weapons, which may hurt St. Brown a bit after he finished 22nd as a rookie.
32. DeAndre Hopkins, Arizona Cardinals
Hopkins has been suspended for six games due to PEDs. He still has top receiver potential when he returns and can be drafted for the playoff push.
33. JuJu Smith-Schuster, Kansas City Chiefs
Smith-Schuster has new digs in Kansas City. He has the potential to be the number one receiver there, but is a totally different player than Tyreek Hill.
34. Adam Thielen, Minnesota Vikings
While Jefferson is the clear top receiver, Thielen is still a good player. He averaged 10.2 points per game in 2021 and can do similarly in 2022.
35. Treylon Burks, Tennessee Titans
The Titans traded A.J. Brown and drafted Treylon Burks. He plays similarly to Brown, but has a lot of work to do before he can be trusted in fantasy.
36-40
36. Rashod Bateman, Baltimore Ravens
With the Ravens trading Marquise Brown, Bateman is the new top receiver in Baltimore. He didn’t do much last season, as he battled injury. Now, is his chance to prove himself.
37. Tyler Lockett, Seattle Seahawks
Lockett will continue to be a deep threat, the question is whether Drew Lock will be able to get him the football.
38. Gabriel Davis, Buffalo Bills
In the playoffs, Davis broke out. He is now the number two receiver in Buffalo and should benefit from Josh Allen playing well.
39. Hunter Renfrow, Las Vegas Raiders
Renfrow is a great possession receiver, so much so that he ranked 13th last season. Davante Adams will take some targets, but Renfrow is still worth rostering.
40. Chase Claypool, Pittsburgh Steelers
Claypool didn’t play the best in 2021, but a new quarterback could bring new life to the offense.
41-45
41. Garrett Wilson, New York Jets
42. Allen Lazard, Green Bay Packers
43. Christian Watson, Green Bay Packers
44. Robert Woods, Tennessee Titans
